To join our loyalty program, you must create an account here. Points will begin to accrue with your first purchase after you’ve joined beginning on July 14, 2022. Purchases placed before this date will not accrue points.

You will earn points based on the total dollar value of the items you purchase NOT INCLUDING tax or shipping. The accrual rate is based on the current accrual rate for the tier you’re in when you start your purchase.
How do I redeem my points?
Log in to your dashboard to see what offers are available to you based on your current rewards level and points balance.
If you’re redeeming points for a product, in your dashboard, click the reward to visit the product page. If the product is eligible for purchase with points, you will see the option next to the add-to-cart button.
If you’re redeeming a coupon for a dollar amount or percentage off of your purchase, select that option in your dashboard and you will receive an email with your unique coupon code. Once you are ready to complete your purchase, you can add your coupon code in the promo code field at checkout. Please note that you can only use one promo per transaction. Coupons cannot be used on already discounted items.
If you are redeeming an experience such as a personal shopping experience or a video call with Zoë or one of our other educators, please select the option in your dashboard. You will receive a confirmation email and someone from our team will follow up to schedule an exact date and time for the experience.
When are my points available?
Your points will become available 2 to 3 business days after you complete your purchase. Once you see your points in your dashboard, you can redeem them on a future purchase.
When do my points expire?
Your loyalty points will never expire!
Can I cash in my rewards points or trade them in for different items?
Unfortunately, rewards points can only be redeemed for the perks listed in your dashboard at the time of redemption. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed on any items outside those listed on your dashboard. The perks in each category can and will change seasonally or based on availability. Spectrum Boutique reserves the right to update the perks, accrual rate, and other details related to the loyalty program and rewards at any time.
Can I get my points back after I’ve used them?
In general, Spectrum does not accept returns (see our returns policy here in our general FAQs), therefore you cannot return any items that you redeemed with your loyalty points or be refunded points. In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will do an exact exchange.
Other rules and regulations of the loyalty program:
Any points earned on a purchase that is later canceled or returned will be deducted from your account at the time of cancellation.
We reserve the right to cancel any experience based on the safety of our customer service and education staff.
If points are being misused or added fraudulently to an account, we reserve the right to remove points, remove users from the loyalty program, or make any other changes necessary at any time.
Spectrum may update the terms and conditions of the loyalty program at any time. This includes accrual rates, perks, rewards, levels, and more. Any changes to the program will appear in the FAQ section of the loyalty program dashboard.
Promotions cannot be combined or used on already discounted items.
We reserve the right to end the loyalty program at any time.
