Cw physical illness, sexual assault mention – as someone with endometriosis, chronic pelvic pain and past sexual trauma I have often felt alone in my pain despite my very supportive friends and partner. this book has been an amazing resource for me in terms of reassurance about my pain and pointing me in the right direction for treatment and helpful therapies. outlining everything from personal testimonies to the heartbreak of misdiagnosis to what it’s like to get your groove back (even for a little while), it’s been invaluable to me on my chronic pain journey! so glad to have had it along for the ride. 10/10
