Ingredients:
De-ionized water, polyoxyethylene, sodium carbomer, phenoxyethanol, *ethylhexyglycerin.*Ethylhexylglycerin is a synthetic compound derived from grains and plants used as an alternative preservative to parabens. It is chemically different from glycerin and unlikely to cause irritation. This paraben-free formula has been in use for over 8 years and has received very positive response.

At this point, I feel like reviewing this lube is like reviewing Morton's table salt--it's so basic, and it does the job so well, that it seems strange that everyone doesn't know and use this stuff already.
It's mild. It's slippery. It's very easy to clean up. Buy the big size, because it's worth having on hand. Buy it from here and not Amazon, because Amazon sucks at packing stuff like this and they'll ship it loose in a box so that the top of the pump arrives broken. Spectrum packs their stuff well so that it arrives intact.

pleasantly surprised at how little i actually need to use!! really nice, smooth, no uncomfortable sensations or anything. it absorbs easily and doesn't leave any weird residue behind :)

Love this stuff mainly for the convenience of the pump bottle (no more opening up lube containers with already messy hands lmao). It glides super well and if you're into squelchy sound effects it's great for that too. Just dries out disappointingly fast so I end up going through it much faster than normal, but that's not too bad of a trade off.
