This workbook offers a variety of worksheets and detailed guides to help you verbalize, process, and find solutions to complex situations in relationships. The book provides support and advice that can be applied to most relationship styles. I found this workbook was easy to use independently and also gave me the language to better communicate with my partner.

I bought this book after my partner proposed an open relationship. I was unsure of my feelings, needs, and how to communicate them - but this book was very helpful in clarifying all of these things and giving me the tools to take action. While the relationship didn't last, I've taken the lessons I've learned and implemented them into my friendships, romantic partners, casual relationship, family members, etc. A great read!
