I’m still making my way through the chapters in this book but am hoping to convince my boyfriend to read it as well (he’s currently hesitant). Even if he decides not to read it, I still think this book is very beneficial - especially in helping me explore and become more comfortable with my own body. There is an exercise in the book that concentrates on familiarizing yourself with your own body so that you can become comfortable and knowledgeable with it. I look forward to continuing this book and hope that I can infer some of this knowledge in my own sex life.
