The plug has what feels like three layers of ball bearing in its neck as well as vibrating motors in its bulk. The plug is very large. I am pretty easy back there and am intermediate to advanced when it comes to anal stuff. My wife pegs me infrequently with decent sized dildos. Even still, this is a very large and filling plug. It therefore at least indirectly contacts the prostate simply by filling up the space. I find that by arching my hips upward with the plug inside me I can rub my prostate internally with it.

It is not as good with stimulating my prostate as my lelo bruno or aneros though. This plug is more for anyone with an experienced butt to feel the fullness and novel sensations of the rimming feature. The rimming is supposed to simulate a tongue or lubed finger massaging the inside of the anus, and it does that well. Its a pretty tittilating feeling and a good one to have access to. If I was buying again I would definitely size down to the petite plug. I can manage this one but it becomes more about the size than the sensations in the toys neck, which defeats the purpose to me for this quite expensive toy! I suspect the small may be a 5/5 for me.

The one thing that is weak is the remote. It is difficult to work out which you are controlling and seemed to burn through its little li-ion battery pretty quick. The overall plug itself is really high quality. Its the good silicone, not the sticky stuff or the chemical smelling stuff.

I still use this semi regularly, if I am setting time aside to masturbate. I can’t have a prostate orgasm with this so far, whereas I can with the curved toys more specialized for that. But I sometimes change it up to give my prostate a rest when its overstimmed and enjoy the rimming feeling.

Those are my experiences with it. I would, unless you specifically seek the ‘fullness’ aspect, get the petite one to make it easier to focus on the main rimming feature.
