Disappointed. Stopped working after less than a year :/

Bought this back in February and it couldn't even make it to the end of the year. Insanely disappointing for the price I paid for it.
The buttons stopped taking any input and automatically turns on when plugged in, but is too high of an intensity for me and it cannot be adjusted or turned off.
It was never man handled, never exposed to water other than to clean the head, no damage to the cord, and I honestly didn't even use it super often. Maybe a handful of times a month.
It was working just fine last week and then my partner and I went to use it this week and suddenly it's messed up. But I will say, I noticed that if it was turned off and you hit the plus or minus button, it would remember that imput when you turned it back on and be turned up or down, which was really odd.
If it wasn't for all that, it would be 5 stars. It was honestly my favorite toy I've ever owned. The head is soft, it has the deep rumble that I really like, and intensities build really well.
But I don't know if I'll drop that much money on this brand again.

First off, Spectrum Boutique has some great customer service! I am blown away, and it means so much these days. The Doxy blows my socks off! I had my Hitachi for about 20 years but felt I needed a new massager that had a squishier head. This thing is POWERFUL! I absolutely love it and my body tells me so because I literally can climax in about 5 seconds. I use the Joliet (hoping I'm spelling it right)- the clear dildo molded with the cool-ass colored balls floating in it....and then a touch of the wand and OFF I go! SO stoked!

This was my first wand and first vibrator, and as a friend of mine said, it'll blow your clit off. It's great for solo & partner play with all kinds of fun uses. If you don't mind the cord and the price it's definitely a worthwhile purchase and if you like rumbles and want a wide variety of power settings this is for you.
