Very intense! I had the Satisfyer Pro Penguin and it just didn't leave me with the same satisfied feeling the Rose does. As long as the silicone doesn't move and water doesnt enter inside the toy it's perfect for the shower (if it does its got 1 yr factory warranty!) I also use it on the highest constant vibrations for first O but change it after that. 10/10 would purchase again
